In the lead up to ForestTECH 2020, most within the industry would have thought that it would have been a very hard (in fact, nigh near impossible) task to get forestry resource and tree crop managers together from across Australasia at any physical event.

Despite COVID-19, country border restrictions, tight health and safety requirements for running physical events and a minor scare in Auckland the week before the event ran, we did it. ForestTECH 2020 ran in Rotorua, New Zealand on 18-19 November 2020.

A special virtual workshop exploring racism, healing, and trauma comes to the Peterborough Town Library next Wednesday. Participants will learn how to recognize how racism creates trauma in individuals and society, the signs of trauma from racism, how to better understand institutional racism, and develop personal healing-centered strategies. Patient Unmet Needs at NIH Workshop – Marilyn’s Message March 2021

March 18, 2021, was the first day of the NIH’s Accelerating Progress in Celiac Disease Workshop. This workshop is a direct outcome of our advocacy efforts in Washington, DC, in particular the inclusion of report language in NIH’s appropriation budget by our legislative partners on Capitol Hill.
